Biography: Throughout his life Kale has lived in Massachusetts, Maine, and Illinois, and was dubbed by the governorís office of Kentucky as a Colonel within the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, a most prestigious award. He has lived most of his life throughout the PraiIllinois is a place he has grown to call home. Kale is a local southern Illinois historian and member of the Jackson County Historical Society.
