Biography: Colleen LeMaire created The I HAVE Series in 2014 when she saw her stepdaughter struggle with understanding why she has two homes, and seeing adults in her life struggle with age appropriate answers. As she searched for a children's book to help explain divorce, she discovered that while there are thousands of resources out there for the adults going through this transition, there is very little for the children. So she decided to do something about it!

From her very first book, I Have Two Homes, Colleen has published children's books on a number of unique topics, including divorce, stepparents, LGBTQ families, death of a loved one, blended families, and even the COVID-19 Pandemic.
