Biography: Leanne Stuckey is a children’s book author and proud advocate for the visibly skin-different community. Using her unique perspective, growing up with a facial birthmark, she's inspiring others to find the beauty in being different. Leanne is passionate about helping empower individuals to own their “blemishes” and value their imperfections, as well as engaging in discussions around diversity and inclusion. Her debut children’s book, Beautifully Blemished, was featured on ABC 7 Chicago and has won the Literary Titan Gold Award. Leanne resides in Chicago, IL with her husband and 4 incredible children. She enjoys physical activities with her family, eating delicious food and overall healthy living.
