Biography: Anita Lewis and her sisters grew up in Virgil, Illinois on I.C. Trail Road. They all attended SS Peter and Paul Grade School and Kaneland High School. Together, the sisters wrote ''Fluffy, Funny and Fabulous: A Tale of Five Sisters''. Anita went on to write ''The Liberation of Norma Jean'' on her own.
