He also writes a a monthly media column for the ''Illinois Entertainer'', a daily blog, and is the editor-in-chief of the Cubs website Just One Bad Century. In 2011, he co-founded ''Eckhartz Press'', a boutique publishing company in Chicago, with David Stern.
