Biography: Thomas L. Kilpatrick is an author, bibliographer, and librarian. He has written journal articles in the areas of Illinois literature, interlibrary loan and document supply, and serials, and writes the ''In the Literature'' column for Library Software Review. Kilpatrick also worked with Patsy Rose Hoshiko to edit ''Illinois, Illinois!: An Annotated Bibliography of Fiction'', a 2233 item bibliography of fiction about Illinois.
