Steve Cushing

Pen Name: None Connection to Illinois: Cushing lives in Chicago. Biography: Cushing has been the hose of the nationally-syndicated blues radio show, Blues Before Sunrise, for the last 30 years. He has served as anchor of WBEZ's nationwide boradcase of the Chicago Blues Festival, performs frequently as a drummer and has produced several recordings by Magic Slim, Lurrie Bell and Smokey Smothers.
