Biography: Janice Weiland, now of Canton, Missouri, has seven siblings--three sisters and four brothers--most of whom still live within a thirty mile radius. Much of Janice's writing stems from childhood memory; memories of long, hot drives cross-country, of fishing, swimming and skiing in Arkansas, and of donuts and hot chocolate on the way to Hot Springs. Weiland also writes columns in The Edina Sentinel and the Lewis County Press-News Journal newspapers. And she enjoys the chance to share happiness with her work.
