Connection to Illinois: Malone grew up on a farm and attended elementary and high school in Chrisman. She went to the University of Illinois and moved to Waukegan after she got married. She received her Masters in Education from National Louis University in Evanston and currently resides in Naperville.

Biography: Patricia Malone holds Illinois teacher’s certificates for elementary and high school and specializes in education for the gifted. She has taught in the Illinois Public Schools of Waukegan, Clarendon Hills, Bolingbrook, and Downers Grove, and for both Governor’s State University and National Louis University which are both based out of Chicago.
