Nutter graduated in 1968 from Northern Illinois University, in DeKalb, Illinois.

Biographical and Professional Information

Nutter is a former speech-language pathologist and graduated from NIU. In 2003, she left her career to focus on writing and women’s ministries in churches. Marilyn is a contributor to magazines, several on-line sites and compilations including Chicken Soup, Laundry Tales and Life on Purpose for Mothers. She is the author of three devotional books and is currently the editor for Penned from the Heart. Marilyn has three daughters and sons-in-law and six delightful grandchildren. She currently resides in North Carolina.
