Biographical and Professional InformationLynn Swango is a retired high school math and science teacher. Prior to writing children's fiction he wrote sports for the local newspaper and published Monticello, Illinois Sesqicentennial book in 1987. He has published sports history books from Sullivan High School and Monticello High School."No Baseball in Fairview" was his first fiction books and is based on his own experience as a youth.
