Died: February 28, 2025 Pen Name: None Connection to Illinois: Sawyer lived in Rogers Park Biography: Larry Sawyer was an editor of literary magazine milk for two decades as well as a published poet. Sawyer was the Myopic Books poetry reading curator for fifteen years and the Toronto-based Type Books poetry reading series host for four years; a poetry radio host; and Chicago School of Poetics co-founder.
