Scott was born in Chicago and currently resides in Wilmette.
[edit] Biographical and Professional Information
Scott Turow is an American author, as well as a practicing lawyer. He wrote his forst novel, Presumed Innocent, while riding to work on a commuter train. It was his first best seller. Since then, Turow has written eight fiction and two nonfiction books, which have been translated into over 20 languages and have sold over 25 million copies. Movies have been based on several of his books.
