Biographical and Professional Information

The author was born in New York City in 1927 and served with the U.S Army Occupation Forces in Japan after WWII. He was attached to the army photography unit and has a collection of 140 black and white photographs and negatives at the Mudd Manuscript Library at Princeton University, Princeton New Jersey.

Kantrowitz is a member of Illinois Academy of Criminology.
