Fritsch came to Chicago in the mid-1970's where he founded the Morton's Steakhouse on State street. He still lives in Chicago.

Biographical and Professional Information

After learning the restaurant business from the kitchen up at his family's restaurant in Germany, he came to Chicago and started a steak house with Arnie Morton. Today he is vice-chairman of Morton's the Steakhouse Restaurants with high end franchises in prime and exotic locations around the world.
