Biographical and Professional Information
Bergquist has worked at both Women and Children First and Unabridged Bookstores in Chicago, and by writing a long-running lesbian nightlife column, “The Kathie Klub” for the Chicago gay weekly Nightlines. Currently, Bergquist is the City Editor of the Not For Tourists™ Guide to Chicago and a regular food contributor to the Chicago Reader. She holds a BA in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago.
